Character

We believe that Leadership = Character x Competency. That means we put a big focus on each cloud worker becoming a man or woman of high character. At each weekly team meeting you will spend time discussing and applying one of our forty CloudFactory character principles.

Competency

You will type a blazing 80 words per minute, be a master "Googler", improve your English grammar and gain competency in many skills through the large variety of microtasks performed each week. These are skills that will help you in the future no matter what career or job you choose.

Community

As emerging leaders we challenge you to get out into the community every month to serve. It is fun team-building with a purpose. Most teams find they RECEIVE a lot more than they GIVE. Open your eyes to the people and needs in your community, and have fun doing it!
